Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Shipping & Returns
We send items out via Royal Mail to the UK. We have excellent feedback regarding the speed of our service and we are proud to maintain our high level of fast delivery all year round to UK Addresses: Our postage is free to the UK, with orders over £150.00 Standard postage charge of £6.00 + for any orders under this charge.
Returns Policy:
It would be ideal if you contacted us within 7 days of receiving the order if you would like to return any item, but you do have up to 14 days to cancel or return your items. The customer must pay for the return postage. If you could include a note with the return with your name and any details you have such as reasons for the return. Any goods returned must be complete and in the original undamaged packaging and be accompanied by any specific packaging materials originally sent with the goods. Our order reference or invoice number must be included with the returned item. Proof of postage is not proof of ownership.
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason unless the product is a custom order/ bespoke order. Delivery schedule
Under normal circumstances deliveries to the UK will be made within 10 working days. In the event that an item is out of stock, and cannot be delivered within that timescale, we will contact you to discuss the situation.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
